Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: May 27, 2026

Our Commitment

iFleet is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to our platform.

Conformance Status

iFleet targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines helps make the web more user-friendly for everyone.

We strive to be ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant. Where gaps exist, we are actively working to resolve them.

Measures Taken

  • Semantic HTML landmarks (header, nav, main, footer, aside) on all pages
  • Skip navigation link as the first focusable element on every page
  • Keyboard-navigable interactive controls throughout the application
  • Visible focus indicators with at least 3:1 contrast ratio on all interactive elements
  • Descriptive alt text on informational images; decorative images marked with empty alt
  • All form inputs associated with visible labels using for/id pairs
  • Error messages linked to their fields via aria-describedby and announced via aria-live
  • Modal dialogs with correct role="dialog", focus trapping, and Escape-to-close behavior
  • Dynamic regions (toasts, validation messages) announced via aria-live
  • Active navigation links marked with aria-current="page"
  • Expandable navigation items with aria-expanded and aria-controls
  • Color is never the sole means of conveying information
  • Text scales correctly at 200% browser zoom without loss of content

Known Limitations

While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, the following areas still require manual review:

  • Complex data tables in the Accounting and Reports sections (column headers and scope need manual verification)
  • Map-based fleet tracking views (Mapbox canvas; screen-reader alternative text is provided in table form)
  • PDF documents generated for contracts (alt-text for embedded images pending)
  • The drag-and-drop automation canvas builder (keyboard-only alternative is in development)
